1. Once on the dashboard, navigate to the left-hand menu.
2. Click Billing.
3. This takes you to the Billing History screen.
4. To ask for an invoice, click the Ask for invoice button.
5. This takes you to the Create Ticket screen.
6. Use the Subject and Your Message fields to enter the subject of the ticket and the message. Any attachments can be associated using the Browse Files button.
7. Once the fields are filled, click the Create ticket button.
